SWANS HUB CIC exists to provide safe, nurturing temporary accommodation for vulnerable parent and their children in Greater Manchester. We empower families by offering holistic support in parenting, mental health, emotional wellbeing, and independent living skills – creating a bridge from need to support.
Supported Accomodation

SWANS HUB CIC will operate as a supported accommodation service for parent and children in vulnerable circumstances. We will provide a safe and supportive living environment combined with holistic, non-clinical support to develop parenting, mental health, and life skills.
Our aim is to improve family stability, reduce homelessness and build confidence and independence among mothers through community-driven, compassionate care.

• Offer a safe, homely environment with shared living areas, crèche space, and therapeutic rooms
• Deliver one-to-one keyworker support, emotional wellbeing sessions, and parenting workshops
• Help residents develop independent living skills: budgeting, meal planning, employment readiness
• Work closely with local services including social care, housing teams, and domestic abuse support networks
• Mental health support (in partnership with professionals/charities)
• Parenting guidance and confidence-building activities
• Group sessions for life skills and peer support
• Housing advice and move-on planning
• Signposting to education, training, or employment pathways
